Toudai
Your blog, podcast, and video, published as one, and built to reach the people who close your deals.
Toudai is a publishing engine for modern marketing. One idea becomes the post, the podcast, and the video, organized as a series, with the follow-up built to wire into the system that holds your customers. You own the audience and the data, and the content finally proves its worth.
// WHY IT MATTERS
The problem this solves
You cannot keep up across formats. Writing, audio, and video feel like three jobs, and your team has one.
Your content does not reach revenue. You publish, people engage, and none of it shows up where deals are tracked.
Your audience lives on platforms you do not own. Reach you rent can be throttled or taken away.
// THE IDEA
One idea, every format, owned by you
Modern publishing is one idea in three formats, owned by you and wired to the system that closes the deal. Toudai makes that one motion instead of three projects, and makes every piece of it measurable.
// WHAT YOU GET
What you get
Publish every format as one motion
Write the post, record the podcast, cut the video. One episode, three formats, kept together as a series your audience can follow.
See which content actually moved someone
Capture is built to carry a source and a score, so you know what a prospect cared about before sales calls them.
Every form becomes a real, followed-up contact
No exports, no leads stranded in a spreadsheet: Toudai is built to flow every form submission straight into your customer system as a real, followed-up contact.
Prove which content drove the deal
Attribution is designed to survive the whole path, from the first click to the closed record, so the quarterly review stops being a guess.
Consent handled by default
Built to capture consent and store it with the contact, so legal stops slowing every campaign down.
Run a real series, not a pile of posts
Ordered series and reusable segments keep episodic publishing coherent, like a show.
Built on ourselves first
This site is the first build on the Toudai engine. The series structure, the forms, and the publishing model you are using right now are the product taking shape, and we are wiring it to our own CRM before we ask anyone else to trust it with theirs.
Fits the stack you already run
Built to fit the stack you already run. When that stack is Microsoft, Toudai is built to run natively on Dataverse and the Power Platform, so your content and your customer data stay together and your IT team has nothing new to babysit. The public site stays fast and static, and the content, forms, consent, and follow-up are designed to live in the systems behind it.
// WORKS WITH WHAT YOU RUN
Works with what you already run
If it talks to your CRM, it already works with Toudai.
Toudai installs directly into the Microsoft Dataverse you already run, the same system of record your CRM, reporting, and automations already read and write. Anything already wired to that Dataverse is wired to Toudai’s output the moment the install lands. That is why the integration story is short: three rings cover it.
Ring 0: the hub, already free
Your Dataverse is the integration point. Power BI, Teams, D365 Sales, Customer Insights - Journeys, and any enrichment tool that already updates your CRM (Apollo, ZoomInfo, and that class) pick up Toudai’s writes automatically. A short pack of ready-made Power Automate templates gets a first alert and hand-off running in minutes, not a project.
Ring 1: built to be linkable
Every subscription and consent event goes out through one event model, with Customer Insights - Journeys as the first connected consumer today. A future consumer of the same stream, on-stack or off, is a decision already made, not a rebuild. We add a named destination when a customer’s stack calls for it, not speculatively.
Ring 2: what we do not build
Toudai does not ship a version that targets a non-Microsoft CRM as its attribution destination. If your organization runs on a different stack entirely, Toudai is not the right fit today, and we would rather say that plainly than sell you a workaround.
Already run Apollo or ZoomInfo? Keep enriching the contacts Toudai creates, on the same cadence. Already on Brevo or Mailchimp? Nothing breaks: Toudai captures and attributes the subscription in your Dataverse, so the record stays authoritative and portable. Running Power BI, Teams, or D365 Sales? Point them at the same tables you already report from.
One idea, every format, owned by you.
